Our Programs

Solomon’s Man Cave™, is a program that runs during the Fall/Spring school year. It offers mentoring, leadership, guidance and peer to mentor discussions for high school young men ages 14-19. This program offers young men with the tools needed to learn how to manage stress, and peer pressure, as well as allows them the ability to empty unwanted suppressed thoughts by talking to peers and mentors who can relate and understand while also providing solutions and resources needed to succeed.

This is a Spring basketball tournament event that runs between 3 to 5 weeks.* This program bridges the gap between youth and law enforcement by building trust, and the tools needed to grow effective leaders. Community Builders is a program that runs during early Fall that focuses on our three “Keys to Success: that include; academic success, career readiness, financial literacy and community service. This detailed program covers the fundamentals that help build successful individuals by providing the tools that help develop a more productive community. After the completion of this program selected individuals will receive an academic scholarship.

Invest Like the Pros Athletic Club is a program that runs between 4 to 6 weeks in the Summer that focuses on; financial literacy and athletic training. This program was designed to build athletes into effective, efficient financially sound leaders.

Our Career Focused, Job readiness training program, prepares participants with pre and post job preparation, as well as providing the tools needed to excel in their career. Basic employability skills include effective communication, problem solving, resume building, and interview training. Our Job readiness training program also help participants develop good work habits that facilitate their ongoing success.
